I’m Daniel Steward. I started Stewards Waste Management in 2020 to build a business on reliability, honesty and following through.
WHY I STARTED SWM
A business built
on trust.
The moment for me was working for a company and seeing how hard it was to find someone whose word you could trust. It made me think about the kind of business I wanted to build myself.
I started SWM in 2020 with a simple foundation: reliability, honesty, clear communication and following through. If I say I’ll do something, I want that to mean something. My word is my bond.
I want you to know who you’re dealing with, to be clear about the work we agree and to feel comfortable asking questions. Whether we’re discussing a regular contract, scheduled site clearances or an individual job, those values stay the same.
WHAT THE WORK MEANS TO ME

I enjoy seeing the transformation when a space is cleared or the grounds are cared for. Clearances can be stressful for people, and being able to help them through that is one of the things I value most about the work.
I want to build a respected business that I can one day pass on to my children. For me, that starts with how I treat people and the care I put into the work, not just the name above the door.
SWM supports shops, offices and businesses, builders, property managers, landlords, letting agents and facilities teams. Regular waste collections, scheduled clearances and ongoing grounds maintenance are a focus, and domestic and individual jobs are welcome too.
